The owners of the property approached us with a brief that included a music room, additional bedroom space and a double garage. The garage grew to the size of a small house to include a hobbies room over. Through clever use of space, we included extra bathroom facilities to the house and also a roof terrace to the music room; what could be better than a cocktail watching the sun go down over Dartmoor?

To bring cohesion to old and new, we suggested a cladding the upper levels of the house and garage in crisp modern horizontal boarding. Gone was the tired 1960s dormer bungalow, replaced with a striking, modern home; a 'Forever House' as described by our Clients.
