A pretty development of four houses with car parking, on a former car workshop in a town centre setting. Set in a Conservation Area, the project called for the usual consultations with the Conservation Officer and a design that respected the context. All of the houses have a roof terrace, some with sea views. A very successful project on an extremely restrictive urban site.
