The Client had a flat roof that leaked, so we decided we could resolve this by building a new roof with a swimming pool on top!

The project included a reinforced concrete roof deck and an exoskeletal steel frame. Rigid insulation infills between the vertical steel elements to improve the thermal efficiency of the existing house and ensure that running costs are low.

The pool is complete with an Endless Pools flow generator so can be used for training as well as relaxing.
