The client engaged us to consider a creative solution to a planting scheme which united the long rectangular water canal with the raised beds and distracted from big lead vent blocks located in each planting bed. The planting scheme drew on the form of a cube across the space and translated this into plant form. Additional changes included the area around the 'oculus' water feature to rebalance the hard landscaping in the garden.
