The challenge in this small garden was to create a space looked into year-round, with a sense of journey and points of interest. From the kitchen door we created a vista, to an 'upper terrace' which caught the evening sun and a 'lower terrace'. We used the same pale blue colour scheme from the kitchen to unite inside and outside. This garden shows what is possible in a small urban garden.
