Using existing space and existing floor, we managed to reorganise this space creating more useable workspace and storage. As an active family, we felt it was important to create a 'muddy' entrance in the utility with storage bench seat, dirty sink and coat hooks. The utility may be small but also houses all of the laundry products and has space for a tall utility cupboard.
