“LKM Design completed a whole house renovation (and major addition) with us. I say "with us" versus "for us" intentionally. She listened to all of our thoughts , comments, concerns during the design process. In turn, this lead to a very smooth construction process. She was a true professional, as was her staff. I would highly recommend her for any project!”

“I have used Charles and CBD Designs for two projects. The first was an addition to our home adding a master bedroom, master bath, and family room. The second can be seen here on Houzz. It was a kitchen remodel. See here: https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/120364483/list/nashua-kitchen-2019-by-cbd-design-charles-okorie Charles is very detail oriented and professional. He puts his heart and soul into the project and is looking to make sure that the project goes as planned. He worked very hard to get the right cabinets in place as well as the design to my satisfaction. I can not be more complimentary of his work. The details of the project are included with the pictures. If you live in the Southern NH area or even in MA, Charles is a great choice for these sorts of jobs. Even to just get plans to get quotes, Charles is your man.”

“We chose Kelley based on what we saw on her website as well as houzz.com. Her style was consistent with what we were looking for. Her recommendations were stellar. One of them included a prominent person who has used her for multiple projects, both commercial and residential. She designed a master plan for renovation for our home, which entailed moving the master bedroom over a garage, opening up the downstairs floorplan, kitchen expansion, mudroom, dormers. Her services included 3D sketch models and Construction documents. She is a pleasant person, who is knowledgeable and confident, but not overbearing. She has many resources and also desired to work closely with our contractor. She really listened to what we were saying, and successfully incorporated design elements that were important to us. She is intuitive and read our needs well. She is budget conscious. The final cost of her service was consistent with what she listed on her estimate. We highly recommend her and anticipate using her for further services once construction commences.”
