“EV Archtects were great to work with. They came with range of great ideas on how to use our space and they helped us resolve any issue with cost effective solutions. The best part was the 3D visuals which helped us to make key decisions with confidence. We had three options for the location of the stairway down to the new basement. It was a clear choice when using the visuals and we knew the right decision had been made. I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Trevor Brown was a pleasure to work with. We started with a humble idea of replacing a structurally unsound kitchen with something a bit nicer, and he transformed the project into a fabulous piece of architecture. Trevor is knowledgeable, and has an ambitious attitude to even simple projects. By paying attention to both the structure and the details of the kitchen, Trevor created a space which is a beautiful space and also very functional. Trevor is a busy man, but he replied to emails, and answered the phone when we had queries. He worked well with the construction team and they were able to take a pragmatic approach to solving problems along the way. We exceeded the original budget, but that was at least in part because we chose more expensive options when Trevor offered us choices.”

John was easy to work with and implemented our requirements effectively while keeping the design refined and contemporary. The end result was a magnificent bright home with plenty of subtle architectural detailing that would not have been achieved without John's advice. “Model Projects were a delight, from the initial brief with James who immediately took my requirements and turned them into a fantastic design - spot on first time with no amendments necessary. Kathryn then took over on a day to day basis as project manager and I cannot praise her highly enough. Dealing with the local authority, building control, structural engineers and the many contractors was done with calm and determination and I now have my dream space.”

They were professional and very thorough, whilst offering a friendly and reliable service. We will be instructing them again during the coming weeks, for another building project. “Studio Jayga Having met with a number of high end architects to do the plans for reconfiguring the ground floor of our house to create an open plan kitchen, garage conversion with utility room and downstairs cloakroom, we decided to go with Mahdi at Studio Jayga. From the very first meeting it was apparent to us that not only was he the best value for money but his eye for detail was second to none. Our project took a long time for completion (simply down to both my husband and I working), however Mahdi stayed with us for the duration- over a year! He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed to discuss ideas- there are many times when we FaceTimed so that he could look at the project and offer solutions to problems that we couldn’t have overcome ourselves. He also regularly made on-site visits to ensure everything was going to plan. He even provided ideas for our bathroom restructure which wasn’t included in the job. Architects usually do the plans, take the fee and that is where it stops. Studio Jayga provided so much more than that. Mahdi was with us throughout, sourcing builders, materials and giving design ideas. I am very fussy and the level of detail and design ideas provided by Mahdi was faultless. There’s a saying that “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”, but with Mahdi and Studio Jayga this was not the case. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough- in fact I have recommended him to a number of friends and colleagues. If you are looking for the highest standard of drawings and design ideas, coupled with professionalism and someone that understands what you want in a build you won’t regret choosing Studio Jayga.”

“Harry and the team from My Architect have been great, they helped us through the whole journey of planning our home improvements, from concept to design to getting quotes. From the first day we spoke to them they have been incredibly professional and also given really useful advice on how and what is possible when ideas are floating about, such as what the extension should look like or where should the bathroom go. If anyone is thinking or planning about doing some work on your home, I can't recommend My Architect highly enough!”

“Roc haus helped us from start to finish and we can't thank them enough. They designed our dream family home, liaising with our neighbour to get a large joint application granted, which enabled us to have the 4 bedrooms we required. They also helped me get the structural engineering package in place, completed the party wall process for us, recommended contractors and advised on the contract once we had selected our preferred contractor. It was so helpful and reassuring to have them behind us throughout the whole process to make it as easy as possible.”
