“We have recently completed a full refurbishment of our detached home in West London. The works included a full strip out, extensions to the side, double storey to the rear and loft, a complete internal reconfiguration, landscaping to front and rear. Phil at PPM provided us the full professional package, starting with informal meetings at the house discussing ideas, preparing the architectural drawings, submitting our application to the council, dealing with the council's queries (which were extensive as the property is in a conservation area), obtaining planning permission, preparing the detailed specification and tender document, obtaining party wall agreements, meeting various contractors and choosing the contractor, getting a jct contract signed and then project managing the build, preparing fortnightly valuations and agreeing any variations and extra costs.
