“US BES was top notch from start to finish. Very professional and detailed proposal followed up by full explanation of the special circumstances of our project. Work dates and times were clearly communicated and adhered to which made our lives much easier as we were managing a full time family during the project. Site was cleaned every day with no materials or garbage left behind and everything was completed on time and on budget. Furthermore, the owner of the Company was on site full time while all the work was being completed, it was not subcontracted out to someone else to complete the project. Would highly recommend US BES for any project you may be contemplating”

“We collaborated with Meyer Design for the interior design/decoration of a beautiful new home designed by their firm. They were consistently helpful providing us with floor plans, details and very knowledgeable, which helped us immensely when making field changes. Their help was crucial to provide the client with the best interior possible. They were always very professional and went out of their way to work on this project. They helped us meet deadlines and stay on budget. The home was (grand total) over 8,000 square feet that included a full finished basement.”

John’s creativity and dedication to our project were exemplary. John’s calm demeanor yet forceful problem solving abilities proved instrumental in effecting a very successful result through often demanding external circumstances. In addition to the technical aspects of the project, John is extraordinarily easy to work with on everything from broad architectural concepts to the minute design details, from drawing through execution of construction. I would hire John Ballack again without hesitation knowing that architectural success would be the outcome.”

It was the first time I had embarked on a renovation project and William Scholtens and his team were incredibly reliable, walking me through every step of the project, illustrating a range of options, and responding with intuitive precision to the demands of our vision. The result is a hybrid bookstore/art gallery/bar on the first floor of a busy commercial street, with a two-bedroom apartment on the second floor, and a convertible studio apartment (now being used as a studio work space) on the third. “ArcCreative did such a fantastic job with the architectural planning and general contracting for the Creative Mirror & Shower Chicago Showroom that we won the prestigious glass industry Crystal Achievement award for the nation’s best showroom! Renato was instrumental in helping to plan, design, and install the entire build out. This was no easy task. Renato took great time to learn our business, and then created unbelievably well thought out architectural CAD model renderings to help develop a plan with Creative Mirror & Shower’s management team. Renato’s team installed every detail from offices to flooring to showroom displays, all with meticulous detail and master craftsmanship on time and within budget. We had high expectations for this showroom build out and Renato and the ArcCreative team, exceeded them all.”
