“We utilized Sean from Make Design to design our kitchen remodel a couple of years ago, and having used the new kitchen for a bit now I can safely say Sean has changed our lives. The new space Sean designed improved how we cook, eat, do homework and interact as a family. We had an out-dated kitchen with a challenging layout and Sean took the existing space and created a modern, fresh and functional kitchen for us enjoy for years to come. I highly recommend Sean- we found him attentive, creative and overall fantastic throughout our major project.”

“AMD Architecture is amazing! They are creative and practical. The client gets a one of a kind design that fits their exact lifestyle. I haven't met anyone in the industry who can match the listening skills as well as translating the clients desires into reality. If you want customer service, a custom and unique design while being mindful of the environment, hands down, I'd hire AMD! They work off word of mouth only...if you don't believe this rating...being able to operate a successful business since 1997 by word of mouth alone, tells all. AMD Architecture was "GREEN" and ecofriendly WAY before it became popular to do so...they are LEED certified and leaders in environmentally friendly designs and material usage.”

“I worked with Jody in 2003 on a major renovation of my home. From beginning to end of the project, she helped me through the entire process. She worked very closely with the contractor and kept me informed throughout the process. I moved out of my house for six months during construction and she was always available when needed. The project was completed on time and turned even better than I expected. Once Jody got to know me, she realized that I didn't do well with having too many options provided to me, so she figured out what I wanted and liked and narrowed the choices down which made the entire process much easier for me. That was only one of the things she did that made a big difference in my project. I sold my house in 2012 to downsize to a condo. Jody is currently working for me in another renovation project.”

“Black Bison initially helped us design the layout, water features, and use of space in our backyard pool area. They suggested the outdoor kitchen with grill, sink, and refrigerator, and a firepit as well. We were delighted with the outcome, then asked them to design our family room/fireplace and entertainment center renovation which also exceeded our expectations. Currently, they are helping us design our basement buildout. The best thing about Black Bison is they take the time to help us establish our goals with whatever space, offer alternatives without pressure, then complete the plans in a manner that let's us actually see the finished product as a rendering. Honestly, their ideas turned out much better than we could imagine for ourselves. I would never do a project without them...I'm tempted to build another house just to see what they would come up with!”
