Our first meeting showed that they listened to what we wanted then added all sorts of interesting ideas and details for us to think about. They then designed a ground floor extension that had a footprint half the size of our original house. We disscused various options and then settled on a design. They dealt with planning permission with no problems. We were very fortunate that that they tendered to build it too. This was a complete joy.
