“I hired Madeleine based on recommendations from several friends, and I am extremely happy I did!! I will definitely use her again. She has great taste, is a good listener, helped me with everything from the big picture to the small details. Her site reports are highly organized, detailed and timely, and proved to be very useful in documenting exactly what was communicated to and by the contractor and when. She was a fair and effective mediator between us and the contractor, was vigilant in ensuring the project continued to progress, and kept it within budget. “My husband, Michael and I have worked with Kathy on two projects - a remodel of the master bathroom in our home and the addition of an entry vestibule and accessible bathroom for our detached studio building. Working with Kathy was a pleasure. She was attentive to our needs and got our contractor involved early on, this really helped to avoid cost overruns. The project came in on our budget and on time). Kathy respected and understood the style of our late Queen Anne Victorian home and it's quirks. Her approach is very hands on and she worked closely with us.
