“Mine was the Brooklyn Brownstone in Maria's photographs. Working with her was an extraordinary experience. She created the architectural design for our third floor kitchen and our downstairs duplex renovations, coming up with a series of design ideas that were both beautiful and within our budget. She helped select our contractor and collaborated with him during each stage of both projects. She made weekly visits to the job site, and just as importantly, the contractor would call Maria with questions as the work progressed thereby avoiding costly “do overs.” She completed both projects within our budget and even more surprisingly, on time! The results of her design work and project management are there for you to see on her design pages. I would recommend her unequivocally.”

“I hired Rebecca Poole to draw up plans for a new 2 car garage that I will be having built. When we met with her, and I explained what we were looking for, she took some measurements to begin work. After a very short time, she notified me that the elevations were done, and after that, the final plans were generated. All of the plans were of excellent quality.....very professional !! Rebecca was a pleasure to work with, and her services were reasonably priced. I highly recommend Rebecca if you are looking for this type of service, and would hire her again in a second if needed. “Laura creates beautiful homes. She is very knowledgeable with 20 years of experience and her goal is to create the perfect home that fits the client. She is efficient, works to make the home fit into the landscape surrounding it, creates functional space and is flexible. Her drawings are creative and bring her vision to life. She worked well with us and our builder Wayne Mossey. With Laura's vision and Wayne's extraordinary ability as a builder, they were able to create a very unique, cost efficient, beautiful home. Our builder said he never saw so many people stop to take a picture of a house being built. Would highly recommend Laura to anyone who is remodeling, renovating or starting new construction.”

“It was a pleasure working with Stephen to transform our 1980s ranch into a charming coastal cottage. From the first meeting we had with him in January 2017, he understood the vision for our home and designed a open floor plan that reflected our lifestyle. There was never a time when we were not on the same page when finalizing the design or picking materials or even deciding on paint colors. Stephen is detail oriented, incredibly responsive, and always mindful of our budget restrictions. “Stephen did an outstanding job for our project. Our project was a significant porch tear down and reconstruct/enlargement. Everything was very custom, including layout, roof connection to main structure, footer supports, storage underneath, drainage, electric, materials, etc. Stephen's drawings and materials were perfect and executed within the timeline required by zoning review for permits, etc. He worked really well with our contractor and other local city people that needed specific follow-up clarifications. Stephen made it really easy to make adjustments as appropriate as the project went on. Stephen was very responsive, easy to reach and very professional to work with. I would highly recommend him for any work in his field and will use him on future projects.”

“Edward Williams met with us to discuss a full remodel of our kitchen, dining room and den. We discussed our goals and use of the space as well as our budget. With this in mind, he provided us with a floor plan, which we worked to modify until we felt satisfied with the results. He understood how to design the space so that it fit with our current style of home while still providing significant updates and improvements. He provided clear costs for his work and time and was excellent at follow up throughout the project.”
