“Stephen did an outstanding job for our project. Our project was a significant porch tear down and reconstruct/enlargement. Everything was very custom, including layout, roof connection to main structure, footer supports, storage underneath, drainage, electric, materials, etc. Stephen's drawings and materials were perfect and executed within the timeline required by zoning review for permits, etc. He worked really well with our contractor and other local city people that needed specific follow-up clarifications. Stephen made it really easy to make adjustments as appropriate as the project went on. Stephen was very responsive, easy to reach and very professional to work with. I would highly recommend him for any work in his field and will use him on future projects.”

“Edward Williams met with us to discuss a full remodel of our kitchen, dining room and den. We discussed our goals and use of the space as well as our budget. With this in mind, he provided us with a floor plan, which we worked to modify until we felt satisfied with the results. He understood how to design the space so that it fit with our current style of home while still providing significant updates and improvements. He provided clear costs for his work and time and was excellent at follow up throughout the project.”

“Couture Design Associates was contracted to design a bungalow in the East Greenwich historic district, with the proviso that it appear as if it was built in 1910. JP Couture was creative with the limited space available for the project as well as the overall design. He took time to learn how we live, what we were seeking, and prepared an elegant design that included what we wanted and is perfect for our lifestyle. He participated in the entire process, from approvals to interior design, serving as a terrific negotiator, mediator, and advocate. We found it a pleasure to work with JP and all of the staff at Couture Design Associates, and would highly recommend them for any project!”

“We worked with Purpose + Design to reimagine and transform our kitchen. Stephanie worked with us by developing several designs and options since we were removing a stairwell and walls to double the size of our kitchen. She came up with an amazing design and all the structural drawings our contractor needed to make the plan a reality. She worked with us throughout the process. We just celebrated the completion of the project by having dinner around our amazing new kitchen island. Stephanie is a very talented architect, a great listener and deeply committed to her clients. We are already starting to talk about our next project together - a new bathroom and laundry area. The photos below are before (green kitchen) and after (orange and blue kitchen).”
