“If you are looking for that perfect stone and wood cabin style house on the lake, Susan is the right choice. I don't know a whole lot about architecture, but I like to think I have a connection with material. Susan saw that passion and transformed it into a house my whole family can live in the rest of our lives over here by Lake Lanier. Our house has become the prized jewel of the family and now holds our annual thanksgiving because no one can beat its style and accommodations. Susan has been doing this for more years than I have been alive, believe in her expertise!”

“I hired Steve Foster as an architect for the extensive renovation of a 1970's, cedar contemporary house that had been vacant for one or two years. I had never worked with an architect before and have found Steve's assistance invaluable. He is in sync with what I want, innovative with his designs, mindful of costs and my budget, very responsive, and creative with his solutions for construction and design challenges. The design process went so well that Steve is now helping me manage the entire construction project! In addition to all of the above, he has a great sense of humor, too, which helps a lot when you find out that infrastructure work is demolishing your budget! My friends cannot believe all the work that is being done and that I am not stressed out. I HIGHLY recommend Steve Foster.”
