There were also modifications to the Ground Floor, removing a wall and (obviously) adding a staircase. Jeremy and James visited us and talked through the potential of the space, helping us to understand what was and wasn't possible, down to the details and materials. NineTen were very good at communicating and sent us a number of sets of drawings for comment, taking on board our requests at each stage and revising the drawings all the way up to a detailed set suitable for the builder to use for construction. He was methodical in his approach and helped us develop the design that we were seeking by providing options and helping guide towards an effective design. We also requested a Project Management service and that helped reduce our stress levels during the build. The work completed on time and as expected.
