“Kevin found a practical way to fit in all the spaces we wanted, so our house functions perfectly for our family. He provided 2 very different design options so we could asses the costs involved. Even though we opted for separate rooms rather than too many knock throughs, there is still a feeling of space throughout the whole house because of the way the spaces flow into each other. The bathrooms are an appropriate size adding a feeling of luxury, the utility provides the ideal place to fit a salon chair for me to work from home, and we have the perfect alcove to store our coats and shoes without cluttering up the hallway. Kevin also had some experience and understanding of the planning process in my area, making the design process stress free.”

“After a frustrating couple of years having several planning applications rejected we sought advice from the person who lived in a contemporary house we had often admired. It turned out that this was Matthew Wintersgill of W & M Architects. He went on to analyse the reasons why our applications had failed and we immediately felt he understood our requirements and how to have the design accepted by the local planning authorities. We therefore asked Matthew to design our house and he fortunately agreed. On completion we immediately won the Civic Society award and we remain delighted with the light, airy, low energy spaces that Matthew has created and considerate ourselves very fortunate to live in such a beautiful house.”

“What we first loved about Mark's designs was their imagination and vision. The extension he designed for us was on a very difficult site and he immediately came up with all kinds of adventurous solutions. In the end we simply could not afford the optimum version, but he was able to adapt the original design to be closer to our budget and the final result is a huge success, greatly admired by everyone who sees it.”

“Every morning we continue to be amazed by the design of this loft suite Alex. It really is a special place & we are so happy with it! “Studio 212.eu Drew interior design specific drawings for our currently on going extension to our home in Chislehurst. I was extremely refreshed by how the initial meeting with them opened up my eyes to how we could utilise our space to maximum. After the drawings were done we got 4 possible options to choose from. They were available with patients to answer any questions, especially for me as I am poor at understanding architectural drawings. They made it easy for me to visualise the end product. It was definitely worth our money. Approachable architects that I’d not hesitate to recommend.”
