The Planning process can be tricky to navigate, Steve's experience and previous encounters with the council was pivotal in us obtaining our tricky planning approval. He will also test your resolve in ideas to make sure you know yourself, its actually what you want it to look like. The details you may miss or have not thought about, Steve has the skill set to high light and amend before it impacts the build. He also recommended other quality professionals to use completing the planning process. Our project was small but none was straight forward.
