“The Tap End offer an end to end service and customer satisfaction is clearly their primary concern. My before and after pics show an upgrading of my fairly small ensuite bathroom, so I was keen to make best use of space. Whilst I didn't need a radical redesign, the idea to create single level window sill area and shelf over my sink is inspired - plenty of room products, towel bale etc. The products supplied my The Tap End are high quality - I love my new rain shower with hand held attachment !! Also the towel rail is a perfect choice, plenty of rungs for towels. The great thing about this company is the personal service and aftercare - they do follow up throughout to make sure its all progressing and that you are happy. No problems ringing them with queries, they respond really quickly and are lovely people to work with. In terms of prices - they are very competitive, working to a budget I did do some online research and they price match what I found, but you have the reassurance of only dealing with one company if there are any problems. I recommended a friend of mine to them for a bathroom re-furb, and she was equally delighted with the service and the results. I would recommend anyone looking at the big DIY stores to give this business a call first - you won't be disappointed !”
