“I hired Chris's Custom Cabinets as a Groupon error. The Groupon was supposed to read "cabinetry work" but instead said "carpentry work." Still, Chris's Cabinets chose to honor the Groupon and they installed a new door and put up crown molding in my kitchen. I was very satisfied with the work and the employee that completed the job was very skilled, helpful, and personable. If I ever need custom cabinets I will definitely use this company. They could have just refunded my money and explained the misunderstanding but they chose to complete the work, with a high level of skill and care. I thought this was very responsible. “I hired "Kitchen Works" to remodel my Scottsdale, Az. Since my primary home is in NYS and I was doing this remodel long distance, it was important that I have a contractor who was easy to work with and trustworthy. The remodel was extensive. The original tile floors were ripped out and replaced and walls moved to enlarge the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets and bath room vanities were replaced with a high quality line "Kichen Works" represented. Additionally, "Kitchen Works" provided the expertise of a interior designer to assist in making both practical and innovative ideas. It is without hesitation that I recommend "Kitchen Works".”

“I hired Luxe Showroom Ltd. for two sequential projects: a kitchen remodel and bathroom renovation. I can't say enough about how accomodating they were during both projects. If there was a need for a change or modification they made it happen. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen renovation included replacement of all cabinetry, granite countertops, sink, backsplash, and some appliances and electrical work. They came up with a way to creatively re-use some of the existing cabinets and counters as a craft/work bench in the basement, which required some challenging carpentry work. The bathroom renovation was a complete rip out and reinstall. The designer and craftsmen worked with my 16 year old daughter to come up with a modern yet functional design, with totally custom tilework and innovative lighting. They were totally flexible in allowing us to do as much or as little of the sourcing and work as we wanted. Any minor glitches were dealt with promptly and effectively and without controversy.Budget estimates were met, and adjusted fairly if changes were significant. Overall, I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for professional, reliable and creative design and construction services.”

“My wife and I worked with Beth Martinec at Affinity Kitchens on a kitchen remodel we undertook. Affinity Kitchens provides semi-custom and fully custom designs. We choose the full custom, since it didn't add a significant amount to the cost, yet gave us the flexibility to do some unique things that added significant usefullness and value to our kitchen. Beth recommended removing the soffits in our kitchen which are a common feature in southwestern US homes built in the early 1990's. Beth also dramatically changed the shape, orientation and size of the center island. For us, it was somewhat difficult to imagine the final look despite the good renditions Beth provided, but the result is absolutely beautiful -- custom stacked cabinets with ribbed glass doors, built in appliances, and a huge functional island that easily has 4X the storage and counter space of the previous design. Despite this, the kitchen appears larger and more spacious. Everyone who sees it is stunned by the different look and efficient use of space. Most people don't go through too many kitchen remodels and it can be daunting. Beth comes from a family that is in the remodeling business, so she knows design and how it interacts with all of the other things that will be affected such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. This puts Beth in a rather unique position to tell you exactly what to expect as you move through the design, construction and installation process. Working with Beth is really enjoyable. In addition to being very competent in her job, she communicates well, has a good handle on the project schedule, has an easy sense of humor and is supremely patient when it comes to stumbling blocks (ours were choosing countertop material and backspace tile). Beth doesn't rush people to decisions, instead focusing on providing you with enough options, advise and suggestions to make you comfortable with your decision. I suspect there are stumbling blocks on most projects, so it's especially nice to work with someone with Beth's patience and competence. Beth Martinec at Affinity Kitchens would be a great professional to handle your next remodeling or new construction project.”
