“We discovered David Salisbury whilst helping clients to remodel and extend a 19th century Cotswold Rectory. The new Orangery had to fulfil a number of tricky criteria, both practical and aesthetic. And meet all of the many planning and building demands associated with its Grade ii Listed Building status and location within a Conservation Area and AONB. A stiff challenge. Which they rose to in every respect. Each stage of the comprehensive planning, design and build process was impressive.. not least their meticulous management, to obtain all the required local authority consents on the client's behalf. No mean feat. The finished Orangery design is classic and timeless in style, adding a bright, flexible extended living space, whose interior we enjoyed transforming into a large kitchen and dining space. It's both handsome and a very harmonious fit. And the clients love the extra entertaining space and seamless access to their beautiful gardens. What a result.
