From selecting the Toto Neorest Toilet, custom cabinet, down to the beautiful limestone counter. Every need was meet including the handicap bars beside the toilet and in the beautiful tiled shower. Our need were meet for her, while keeping the design of the bathroom beautiful. We are so thrilled with the outcome. We can't express enough how clean the work site area was during the remodel. HIs crew made sure that when they left each day that it was a safe clean environment. “Prior to calling Greenwise Construction, we had contacted two other construction companies in the area. We called Greenwise Construction last, told them what we wanted to do to our bathroom, and they offered to come over and see my bathroom the very same day. My husband and I met with Andy and his father Daniel, went over the details of what we wanted done and spoke over the costs. We decided to go with Greenwise Construction because they provided excellent customer service and took their own time to go above and beyond our meetings to research design solutions and answer any questions we had. Not only did we feel that their experience qualified them to do this project, we also felt very comfortable with them as a team - I dont know if it was because its a close knitted family group of workers, but my husband and I had an instant connection to their team and that also helped us make our decision to go along with Greenwise Construction. Throughout the process, we felt comfortable to ask questions and they were always happy to answer them. During the estimating process - they seemed to be very detailed and made sure to let us know of any challenges that they may come across - this helped us feel comfortable in the sense that they would not give us any surprises with constant change orders - resulting in additional money paid out throughout the project. We were most concerned in the waterproofing process for the shower and floors since we have had problems with this before in another bathroom at a previous residence. They used the most innovative and best products out there when it came to waterproofing. They maintained open communication throughout this process, in particular, because they knew it was something we were concerned about, which helped give us peace of mind and made us feel like our money wasn't being wasted away. Furthermore, after the bathroom was finished, my husband and I were so happy with the outcome. Everything came out perfectly. All the time and money invested into this project became worth it. I can now enjoy a walk-in shower inside my new beautifully renovated bathroom, and appreciate all the design details we spent weeks deciding on, such as the new sink fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, color scheme, tiling, etc. I thank Greenwise Construction for all the hard work and attention to detail they put into our bathroom project. “I contacted RESCUE Green because my electric bills were to high and I was looking to remodel but wanted to spend my money wisely. They offered a free walk through. They put together a great scope of work that not only allowed me to upgrade some of the things I wanted in my home but fit things I needed to do. Not only does my house look good now but it's costing me less to own and I'm more comfortable. These guys really know their stuff! “We have used Turn Key twice, first to re-stucco our house. By nature, stucco is very messy. They did a great job. They were very neat, with great advice before and throughout the project. Our first experience led us to hire them again to remodel our kitchen. There were a couple things we couldn't decide on and Mark recommended a designer. She was great and reasonably priced. After two visits and one shopping trip we were set. The kitchen work was excellent. In fact, when we were dissatisfied with LED lights that "we" requested, Mark came out two weeks later and replaced them at no extra charge. Turn Key will be our first call on our next adventure in re-modeling!”

“Susan of Dolcini Design has been a real blessing in my life. I sought out (on my own) to give the outside of our home a new facelift. I didn't realize how many things there were to consider. I became overwhelmed with all the decisions to make and was recommended to Susan by Foam Concepts, Inc. after asking them if they knew of anyone that could help me with my project and they did. She came to the home, toured the inside to see our tastes, and took on the job of totally re-facing the outside of our home. She helped me select stucco color, garage doors, front door, trim around all windows and even the lighting and landscaping. She was in continuous contact with the contractor and I knew every day who would or not be on the job each day. My husband and I, and the neighbors couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure working with Susan and she will be our go-to person on our next project....3 bathrooms.
