“It has been an absolute pleasure to have Claire working on our renovation project. She has a natural talent in interior design and has guided us step by step through the process. Claire instinctively reads a space to identify how to benefit from it the most. We were genuinely unsure of how to make our tired 1920's cottage work for us, but with Claire's calm professional approach and well thought out vision we could then see the potential within our home. A true eureka moment! As well as taking a practical approach to her work Claire is very much a creative at heart, this shows in her designs and navigation of any hiccups which may come along the way. “We were looking for a Builder/Designer to help us with our house refurbishment, New garage, large rear extension including new kitchen, conversion of integral garage to a bedroom and utility room, refurbishment of existing bathrooms and rear garden landscaping, Chris from Fresh Approach was very professional and walked us through all the options many of which we hadn't thought of. The quote we received from him was the most detailed everything from skips through to decorating was covered. The building both started and finished on time and the quoted price was very accurate. The employees and all the contractors were friendly and cleaned up after themselves. In summary Fresh Approach are very skilled, experienced and trustworthy and I would highly recommend them for any building project.”

“Tom and his team have been outstanding and so professional from day one. They take the time and care to explain all processes step by step including fee proposals and looking at time lines. They have listened to us patiently and respectfully even when I’ve come put with some crazy ideas but found a solution that was not only pleasing but better than I could have imagined. Will has been brilliant at responding efficiently and immediately no matter how silly the questions they may be, making the team very approachable. He has worked and listened to us and asked all the right questions to find a design that suits our needs but is practical. Both Tom and Will at each point have also kept us advised regarding budget at each step and clear about how the changes we want to make may impact that but more importantly rather than dismissing these ideas, looked for solutions and compromises where necessary which we would be happy with while trying to stay on target budget. We can not recommend them highly enough and have also used the team on much larger projects.”

“A corner of my garden was crying out for a room.... Jim and Walter immediately saw the potential for the plot, with it's slightly quirky, curved boundary. I knew I had found my team when I saw Jim's delightfully hand-drawn design shaded in pastels... The entire project has been a joy... Over the summer, the room gradually emerged almost organically, as if it had always been there,and belonged.. The boys worked with passion and commitment-and pleasure in their job. This was infectious. By the time the room was finished -complete with small bathroom/kitchen and bespoke,slanted picture windows,we were all equally proud..! My room has been frequently used by family [it's a big hit with teenage daughters..!] and friends alike,since it's completion,and everybody loves it. All in all, a 100%positive experience... I highly recommend Inside out Oxford-they will create a unique addition to enhance any garden.-and provide a useful multi-purpose, all seasons living space.. Thanks boys-I miss you now you've gone...!”
