“kitchen renovation and following an additional deck and mud room. The project was done within the agreed timeframe and within the budget necessary to make the project viable. At the end of each work day, the contractor cleaned up all the debris and tools making it very easy to tolerate the construction phase.”

“Luke and his team are the best contractors we have worked with. If you are looking for the right contractor to build something for you then you have found the right person/company! The reason I state this is for many reasons including the following: 1. They say what they will do and OMG they actually do it and then guarantee satisfaction 2. His quality of work is at the highest level 3. His pricing is reasonable and fair 4. They will finish on-time 5. Dependable 6. Honest Luke and his team build three bathrooms in our house along with a number of other odds and end projects while here. We are looking forward to using their services to build a third garage. “.....the design services and construction that were provided by Avalon Design Concepts in our Family Room addition as well as Kitchen and Dining Room renovations exceeded our expectations. Erick and his subs were friendly, courteous and very professional throughout the entire process of the construction. Our project was completed in a somewhat “timely” manner with the expected delay of items we had special ordered that arrived in less than “acceptable” condition and had to be exchanged. My husband and I are ecstatic with the final product and absolutely recommend Erick and his company…….An excellent group of professionals to work with……”

“This was an unbelievably easy and positive experience for me. First of all, I interviewed with 8 contractors before deciding on Rob. I own an older home and wanted a new kitchen (changed footprint), bathroom and flooring. Not to mention there was a crumbling chimney going through my living room that needed to be removed. From our first meeting, I knew Rob's knowledge and professionalism was exactly what I needed and trusted to get the job done. Throughout the entire process, Rob kept me updated almost daily on what was happening, what the next steps were, realistic timing of completion, everything. I never had to call him to find out, he was always a step ahead and picked out some amazing design schemes for my home. I cannot recommend Rob any higher; you can truly tell he loves what he does and goes above and beyond for his customers. 200% recommended.”

“We could not recommend Arkins Construction more highly! Our project included salvaging parts of our old home to re-purpose into our new house. Arkins was with us every step of the way. From their subs to their crew they were professional. hard working, courteous, timely, and enjoyable to work with. They were exceptional at communicating with us throughout the process, primarily by e-mail and often by on-site meetings. When various construction options would arise they would often illustrate the choice by a picture or diagram attached to an e-mail, which made the decision much easier for us. We were happy start to finish and the result was a beautiful home that we will enjoy for many years to come.”
