“My husband and I are extremely pleased with the wonderful experience we have had so far with RIKB. We are moving from the designing stage into the ordering process. So technically we still have a few more weeks before we begin the actual renovation of our kitchen. If the rest of the process goes as well as it has, we will be posting another rave review. They take you from the design of your project through to it's final conception. Their staff is pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Their goal is to create the kitchen you want within a predetermined budget range. Well it's done. We love the results. It's like living in a brand new house. All thumbs up for RIKB!!!!! We love our new kitchen. Here are the before and after pictures. You decide. We are glad we decided to go with RIKB. It's a joy to cook and eat in our lovely new kitchen. Thanks RIKB!!!!”

“Luke and his team are the best contractors we have worked with. If you are looking for the right contractor to build something for you then you have found the right person/company! The reason I state this is for many reasons including the following: 1. They say what they will do and OMG they actually do it and then guarantee satisfaction 2. His quality of work is at the highest level 3. His pricing is reasonable and fair 4. They will finish on-time 5. Dependable 6. Honest Luke and his team build three bathrooms in our house along with a number of other odds and end projects while here. We are looking forward to using their services to build a third garage. “Our home had a bunch of deferred maintenance items that we wanted to get squared away in preparation for selling: masonry wall, pointing exterior bricks, refinishing a large deck, rebuilding the front steps, repair interior walls, rebuild shower floor and sill, paint entire interior, etc. We hired Jon to complete all of these items. Jon hired and oversaw many sub-contractors and executed some of the work himself. We're very pleased with the final product and our house now looks as good as it can.”

“.....the design services and construction that were provided by Avalon Design Concepts in our Family Room addition as well as Kitchen and Dining Room renovations exceeded our expectations. Erick and his subs were friendly, courteous and very professional throughout the entire process of the construction. Our project was completed in a somewhat “timely” manner with the expected delay of items we had special ordered that arrived in less than “acceptable” condition and had to be exchanged. My husband and I are ecstatic with the final product and absolutely recommend Erick and his company…….An excellent group of professionals to work with……”

“We hired Caldwell & Johnson (C&J) for Dave's knowledge of green technology. Before the project began Dave showed us other houses he had built using some of this technology. In the last stages of design we decided to use photovoltaic technology. C&J installed solar shingles on the south facing roof that are producing more kilowatts than we are consuming. The photovoltaics coupled with other building techniques C&J uses to produce energy efficient homes (e.g. foam insulation) earned us a Home Energy Rating Certificate with a 5 stars plus rating. Dave followed through to get the house tested for its energy efficiency and we received certificates with the results. C&J was also top rate in terms of designing the interior details of the house. For example, board and batten was installed on the walls of the open staircase, craftsman style trim on all windows including some open transoms, and help when choosing finishes (e.g. tile). Dave's team is very knowledgable and professional!”
