“My experience with Paul and Vicon could not have exceeded my expectations more. When you start building, everyone tells you that builders will skim corners and try to finish the job falling short. I would walk into my house and Paul would be checking every detail that I didn’t even notice or his team would make me come down to the floor to appreciate how level the tiles were. There is a sense of pride in their work that I have so rarely found, and I trust them wholeheartedly.”

“The most efficient and friendly staff, highly professional team that can execute your kitchen dreams and desires to an exact specification! The expertise that the team had from the inception with the detailed drawings with great design ideas and 3D visuals created by Sonya, and the level of detail from the installation manager Avtar who was on site during the process and the complete knowledge of every aspect of a kitchen from appliances, accessories, colour schemes and materials and the utilization of space from the directors Ajit and Sukh gave us clear confidence in their work and passion for the job and service provided. They were extremely personable, warm, friendly and charming and a complete joy to have been serviced by. The finished product has been complimented by every guest and is now clearly the highlight of our home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great quality kitchen with fantastic service to go with it! Our family thank you Design Abode for realising our dream kitchen. One happy customer!”

“Working with Salil and his team was actually enjoyable! The project planning was smooth; Salil was very amendable through the design process and gave great suggestions/challenged alot of our ideas, all in our best interest. The project was quoted and budgeted and actually completed on time and on budget! He managed to get the kitchen reno finished in time for our Christmas hosting commitments which was a huge pressure for the team. Every detail was well thought-out and the quality of the kitchen is still excellent. I am already thinking about what next house projects to start and I would only think of going with Salil. He's very trustworthy, honest and knowledgeable about construction projects and I loved having him as our project manager.”

“Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”

“Superb!! Superb work by the team at Forts! Forts provided me with a fixed price quote and a detailed programme of works for my project which filled me with a lot of confidence. Communication throughout the build was remarkable. Tony came highly recommended to me and I have no hesitation of recommending him myself. Forts have done a terrific job in difficult circumstances. “The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”
