Christian has turned our cramped, inefficient 1930 kitchen into a more spacious, beautiful and useful space. Clever design details and skilled craftsmanship are always foremost when working with Christian and his team. We know we can count on them to creatively and cost efficiently tackle those unforeseen issues inherent in old house renovation. Their suggestions to fine tune the kitchen design details have added great value and utility to our original plan. “Matt has done two large projects for me--a 50% renovation of a 3,500 square foot 1920's era home and a complete renovation of a 2,700 square foot 1960's home. “We have had two excellent experiences with Perkins Construction Company. The first job entailed window replacement and residing of our house. Perkins brought great attention to detail to this task. Details associated with house wrap, flashing, and siding reveals were handled carefully. The result was and still is beautiful and durable. The second job was a complete remodeling of the living areas of our house – living room, kitchen, dining room, and hallways. This entailed a completely new kitchen, new hardwood flooring, new balustrade, and new casings. The project resulted in a wonderful transformation of these spaces, again with excellent workmanship. Perkins also provided excellent design consultation during the process.”

“Lamanen construction is the most professional company with clear communication, accurate timing and consistent budgeting. It was a relief to find a building company that had the expertise to finish my basement, which is over 3000 square feet in a luxury home. It’s difficult to find a reliable builder to complete this sort of project while staying true to the high end design elements. This is the only company I can imagine using for any project in the future. In fact, I hired them to complete a massive landscape project after seeing what they were capable of and, so far, I am amazed. Love this builder!”
