“My flat in Central London consisting of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom/ utility was completely refurbished over a period of approximately three months to a very high standard. Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”

“We used Urban Living for our full renovation. We met with Rafal and immediately connected and as this was our first building project we found this really helpful. We were provided a competitive quote and then followed up several references so we could see his team’s work. Once the build got underway we dealt with Rafal on a daily basis. The whole team were hard working and professional, and this was also recognised by our neighbours who gave positive comments about them. “Exceptional builders - Castle Eaton genuinely cared about every aspect of our full house re-model and extension (and new large outbuilding) - Castle Eaton went above and beyond. Their standards were meticulous and Rich smoothed the way for us - we weren’t aware of any stress throughout the year long build process - the whole of the team were genuinely talented and very nice people. People often comment on how good the “finish” is on our house - nothing was left undone. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Castle Eaton and it was a genuine pleasure to work with them.”

“I was recommended to Clearly renovations by an AV contractor that I was considering using for the complete rebuild and refurbishment of my apartment. The job was not without it's problems as the flat is a lateral development situated over two clothes shops on a very busy market street that trades 7 days a week ( and obviously had to continue trading throughout,unhindered ) it's also in a conservation area with all the added pressures that ensued. From day one I found Jeremy and his team helpful and conscientious .There were a myriad of problems that manifested over the project but all were handled with professionalism and aplomb. I have been back in the apartment a year now and again the few snagging problems have been sorted out with minimum fuss.I could not recommend this company more highly and would certainly use them again.”

“Ash Builders refurbished my house in June 2018. From start to finish I received the most excellent service. Slim’s knowledge of the building trade and refurbishments was extremely insightful, helping me make good decisions on what I could have in my home. The work was carried out by Slim and his sons in the time frame arranged and was done efficiently with minimum disruption. A hard task when internal walls were being knocked down. They were clean, tidy and friendly. No job was too big or small for them, even when I changed my mind! I would 100% recommend Ash Builders for their above excellent work. My home is everything I wanted it to be and more.”
