“PGC Building + Design did a great job on our home remodel. The owner Ed was able to take the general idea of what my wife and I wanted and steer us the right direction in all aspects of the project from start to finish. I think this was a very hard job because my wife and I disagree on home style and decor. Project costs were upfront and accurate, an honest. The the entire remodel progressed and finished on time. The finished product was amazing and helped us tremendously when we had to sell our home.”

“Rick built a previous home for us several years ago and the customer service experience was excellent – from start to finish. He was engaged in the process and willing to listen to what we wanted and try to come up with a solution. He offered a large number of options and was very easy to work with – and he knows the stress that homeowners go thru when building their primary residence. In terms of quality, Rick delivered on exactly what we wanted for a price that we could afford. “Nate Connolly, Ridgeline Custom Homes in Bend, OR, was the general contractor for our new home. We worked with both Nate and his right-hand man, Tyler Stoefen, throughout the project and could not have been happier with the process. And, we are indescribably happy with the results. One of Nate’s great attributes is to make very sensible, yet aesthetically pleasing, suggestions. He did not bury us with dozens of decisions to make but, rather, offered a few suggestions from his experience and talent from which we could easily make a choice. Nate was always good natured and easy to work with; we trusted him completely and he never let us down. Tyler’s skill at finish carpentry allowed us to add unique and beautiful touches to our home. Managing the building of a home is challenging in any case but Nate was very close to scheduled completion date and well within his estimate of total cost.
