They remodeled our kitchen and put on an addition to our home that included a sunroom with fireplace, an exercize room and a greatly enlarged master closet. Under the addition they put a basement which contains a man cave, a wine cellar and a lot of storage space. The company is professional and accommodating in its desire that the finished job be just what you want. Suggestions were made that enhanced the final outcome of our project. “We recently moved into our dream home built by Matt Stanley with Legendary Custom Homes. The entire process from start to finish was completely enjoyable thanks to Matt’s patience, unparalleled attention to detail and ‘can do’ attitude. So many of our friends have built through big box builders and have complained about moving timelines, communication, and feeling nickeled and dimed, but our experience could not have been more opposite. Matt and his team were reliable, finishing the house on time with a few days to spare, his communication transparent and incredibly responsive, and above all else, he was fair. Matt worked with us to make sure the house was exactly what we were hoping for even if it meant a little extra work for him. Matt is passionate about making his buyers happy. He wants you to LOVE your house and will go to great lengths to make sure you feel that way from the day you enter into contact until you are moved in and settling into the house. Throughout the building process, he helped us think through the range of possibilities on many of our decisions and weigh all the options so we could make confident decisions. He stands by his work. After we moved in, we found a few small things that needed fixed (mostly paint touch ups) and without a pause, Matt had his team out to complete the work within 2 days and was happy to come back to address anything else we needed with the same positive attitude he carries with him every day. He and his team are incredibly dedicated to their work and love what they do, so much so, that on the day of move in, his punch out guy, William, told me to “take care of [their] baby” and I knew he meant it. They pour their hearts into their homes and it shows by the “wow” elements he creates in each room and the custom details right down to the finishes and fixtures. Matt is a great builder, but more importantly, a great guy as noted not only by us, but by neighbors and contractors as well. I would work with him again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a custom home in Cincinnati.”

“Dan and I are most likely Brian and Andrea's fans. It's hard to believe we live in a home of this caliber built by Brian Sims. We have been in other homes recently that are newer construction and I still contend that no one builds with the intricate detail that Brian uses in his work. The use of space is phenomenal and exactly..... no..... better than what we imagined! Now that we have gone through one of the 'endless coldest winters', we are amazed at how low our utility bills have been! This home is built 'solid'! Brian's designer, Andrea Davis with Designs on Madison, is the most INCREDIBLE designer we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. There are home designers who will be identified by the homes they design.... Andrea listens to her client and truly comes up with plan designs that suit her clients! I will recommend to any prospective client of Brian Sims that you take advantage of Andrea's expertise! The best designer knows how to work with the builder. It's not only about picking the right 'this, that or the other' for the home; but also timing everything so that your construction stays as closely to schedule as possible. I have heard people say that they have an interior designer with whom they work. My advice? Trust Brian's designer Andrea Davis. Brian takes tremendous pride in his homes as he should!
