“My flat in Central London consisting of two rooms plus kitchen, bathroom & cloakroom/ utility was completely refurbished over a period of approximately three months to a very high standard. Materials were sourced at reasonable prices, including IKEA & John Lewis, as well as being custom made in the case of certain shelving & cupboards. Although small, it was a difficult project, involving some structural work & completely new kitchen, bathroom & utility room in awkward spaces. Additionally it was on the 4th floor, with attendant problems of access and parking. Delano kept the disruption to a minimum, protecting the communal areas of carpet, writing to all the neighbours and generally being very considerate. The flat is beautiful and shows great attention to detail, enabling me to have everything I wanted, without losing a sense of space and light. I am delighted.”

Exterior works included a large raised terrace and patio area. The site was established to a high standard with security fencing to protect our front and rear garden and included a welfare hut, site toilet, skip and safe storage of materials. The work was all to a high standard and supervised by a site foreman throughout. Sub-contractors worked to the same exacting standards. There was good transparency around budget which included a Bill of Quantities and two weekly valuations, meaning we never paid for more than completed work or materials on site.
