It was a bit of a tricky project (most are) but both Barry and Lisa went the extra mile, from design to completion, to ensure it went off without a hitch. The end result was a beautiful kitchen that far exceeded our expectations. We would immediately turn to them again if we were to have any additional renovation needs.”

We had no interest in building prior to meeting them, and our home build exceeded our expectations so much that we would build with them again and again, and only them! They built us a home more amazing than we could have ever imagined in our dreams! Literally a Dream Home, with all the highest quality finishings! “Out of the 4 contractors that I interviewed and explained what I would like in my kitchen, Mike was the only one who knew immediately. He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”

“Addition of 2 rooms over our garage. The project required an engineered solution to meet our needs of adding two rooms over our garage, drywall, finishing of the garage, installation of upgraded HVAC to meet the larger house size, new stucco, new eavestrophing, fascia, soffit, new finishings in all upper floor. Second project on secondary property was to assist with proper sealing of crawl space and increasing insulation in attic. Kurmak employees were: - very professional] - listened to our needs - found solutions to our requests for changes when we asked - addressed shortcomings immediately and with professional attitude. - met or exceeded deadlines”

“Rod Wolff and his highly competent team of professional contractors provided us a comfort level not experienced in several previous home renovation projects we have taken on. Our project involved every discipline in house renovations from footings and heated concrete floors to complete teardown of building interior up to and rebuilding; including finishing carpentry. We anticipated issues marrying new to old. Rod's ability to communicate and bring trades and owner's together to problem solve resulted in a working environment that focused on the end goal. Rod understands the big picture and seeks to find balance in everything he does; presenting a clear picture for everyone to understand. I highly recommend Rod and would do business with him again in a heart beat. He surrounds himself with the best contractors and is very approachable and cares. His straight forward and honest approach are attributes we most appreciate. We would definitely look to Rod for any future projects and would recommend him without hesitation. “Darcy of Rouse Projects managed a significant renovation at my home in Canmore. I would hire Darcy again. He communicates clearly and often with photos and project updates, and responds to questions or concerns very very quickly. Darcy is extremely committed to his projects and works tirelessly to keep things running according to plan. When the inevitable reno surprises came up, or when we changed our mind about something, he calmly managed the situation and ensured it was resolved. Darcy has a background in project management and uses these skills to his clients advantage. I believe this sets him apart from others in the home renovation business.”

“We have hired Tom as a carpenter on our landscape projects for the last several years. He has built decks, fences, retaining walls, screens, planters, pergolas...any type of outdoor carpentry we have requested. Tom works to a very high standard and the end result is beautiful; and often even better than anticipated. Tom offers creative ideas throughout the project and is adaptable when the situation requires it. Tom's projects are completed on time and on budget. Our clients are always thrilled. As a landscape contractor we meet and deal with many different contractors. For a contractor to become a part of the Aura Landscapers team, he must bring a high level of quality, commitment and professionalism. We believe Tom does. We plan to continue our relationship with Building Art for years to come!”

Communication was excellent, trades were well controlled and importantly the project came in on time and budget. I would certainly recommend them.”
