“TailorCraft has impressed us with their professionalism, quality and reasonable pricing over and over. We are on our second project with them, Rick and Aaron are knowledgable and responsive, and their crew is terrific. Our first project involved a floor to roof remodel of an old beach cottage, there were many unknowns when we started and lots of choices to be made along the way. TailorCraft consistently took the high road and helped us figure out how to make good choices, our home will easily last for another 75 years. I have worked with many contractors before, and there is often a moment where a lazy choice or a go cheap choice is made, that never happened with TailorCraft. The subs they used were also terrific, and we will use them again for general maintenance as needed. Our first job was finished on time and our current job looks like it will be too. Costs were reasonable and well explained, their online system for communication keeps all the details in one place and they always return phone calls. Thank you TailorCraft!”

“After interviewing many contractors, we selected Rick Oliver and Signature Dream Homes for our complete kitchen gut/remodel. It involved lots of tricky aspects due to the age of the house, but his team of professionals handled it all with no problem. We are delighted with the results and always get compliments whenever someone visits. Best of all, Rick is honest. despite facing hidden hurdles in the job, he never tried to rip us off with "change orders." You can trust him to do a great job at the price he quotes.”

“Mike was our construction manager during our house teardown and rebuild from 2009-2010. Mike said it would only take one year and he delivered! Mike provided excellent contractors for us to choose from and the only time we had issues was when we didn’t follow his advice. Mike is very experienced and had all the right answers to the difficult questions. Mike was more than fair, dependable and respectful of our time. Hiring Mike as our construction manager as opposed to our general contractor meant that we were responsible for negotiating the contracts with the various sub-contractors that Mike supplied. This is the way we wanted it and it worked really well because Mike was with us every step of the way. His advice was priceless. We have been in our house 5.5 years and have had no issues. The ultimate compliment that one can give to a builder is that you would use them again. We would definitely hire Mike again and could not recommend him more highly.”

“Riley Custom Homes built our custom home and incorporated a level of professionalism, integrity and courtesy throughout the entire process, from contract negotiations and construction to establishing an ongoing relationship based upon mutual respect and friendship. Their contract provided full disclosure of all costs. We met every other week, at our time preference, on the job site to discuss progress and upcoming agenda items. Owner, John Riley hires top-rate workers and has superb working relationships with reliable subcontractors. We would highly recommend Riley Custom Homes for a custom home or renovation.”

“Matt and his team are top-notch! I did a major renovation with them taking a small 1000 sq ft rambler and added a second floor. We gutted the whole house and it has a whole new floor plan. Now just under 5000 sq ft. it is an amazing home thanks to his keen eye for design. Matt being a father himself was also very helpful in making decisions on how to make the home functional for a family. His work ethic and craftsmanship are beyond anyone else I have ever worked with. I highly recommend Sycamore DB.”
