“So Cal Builders and Design did a massive remodeling job on my condominium earlier this year in March. The condo was bought by me last year for a really great value, relative to living in L.A. heh, but the problem was it was fairly "worn" from use from the previous tenants who I gathered weren't particularly good neighbors. Regardless, with the great value that So Cal Builders gave me when I called them over to go over the estimate, made it all worth while. I had a limited budget, but they worked with what I had. Regardless of the limitations, they did a fantastic job with the kitchen by adding new cabinets, re-flooring and re-painting the kitchen walls. The living room and the hallway got a brand new coat of paint, and they removed the ugly and stained carpet to replace with laminate flooring. My girlfriend and I wanted them to make sure they paid extra attention to the bathroom and bedroom. So that was where the majority of the work went. Not to mention that the bathroom was a god awful mess that needed a new plumbing job! We replaced the bath tub that was taking so much space with a standing shower, which gave us tons more room, new vanity and lighting. Over all the job was fantastically done!”

“Fidelity Builders and Design did a complete remodeling project of our kitchen and two full bathrooms. The work included new cabinets, marble counter tops and raising the lower ceiling in kitchen by 2’, removed all the popcorn ceiling around the house, fix the necessary spots at the ceiling & paint, installing new tile floors in the living room, dining room and entry hall, installation of ceiling fan w/lights in all rooms including all the bedrooms and replace the fireplace/mantel. Repaint all the interior walls. The whole design was done by the designer of the company and she did a perfect job. After the work was completed and done, I can say that this was a top notch work that was done by professional people. The new cabinets are particularly excellent and they fit like a glove and added so much beauty to my kitchen. The job took few weeks longer than what Tal estimated at the time of reviewing and planning the work schedule, the delay made sense because of few problems that they found out after the demolition of the walls and due to a minor delay with the supply of the cabinets and marble top (which is normal and things happened during this type of big remodeling projects). Tal communications skills were excellent and even with my list for minor things that needed his attention & correction upon completion. Tal did fixed all the items without any problem and with a lot of professionalism.”

“We hired Dave and his wife to do our remodel for us. The scope of work was to replace all the floors, install a new 200A panel, replace all existing aluminum wire with brand new electrical wire, remodel the kitchen, remodel a bathroom and partially remodel two other bathrooms. We also painted and decorated throughout. I met Dave through his wife who is an Interior Designer that I have worked with in the past on about 6-8 other projects. I knew her style and loved it and was hoping I would do the same with Dave. I also knew that my wife is a tough customer and both Dave and Lisa would have to have a lot of patience in explaining different options, timelines and expectations of the end result. I am also a contractor myself working in a similar industry (Home Automation) so Dave would have to deal with me as well.
