“Levi and his team are exceptional at what they do! As an Interior Designer, I have worked with many builders, and have been blown away by the final product. I hand over floorplans, space plans, finish plans and everything in between and they execute it as specified, or contact me when suprises arise. I appreciate the specific attention to detail, excellent communication and completion of a job. Their work is always to the standard of my clients, and their team is always friendly. “We have worked with Landon and his wife, Sandy, on a few projects over the years. They have redone two bathrooms for us, repaired a deck and porch that were in bad shape, and helped us with miscellaneous repairs over the years as well. We have referred friends/clients to Landon and have heard rave reviews. Landon works with integrity, has a great eye for detail, and we trust him. Sandy has a great eye for design and chose some beautiful tile, paint colors, light fixtures and a vanity for our bathroom. “We are still a bit awestruck at how fun it was building a house - that is building a house with Black Pines! These people are true craftsmen and surround themselves with subs who are just as reliable, ethical and honest. The fit and finish of everything in this house is perfect, no detail left unattended. We received great guidance in design, product choices, and scale of the project. Our home was completed in exactly 6 months, from groundbreaking to occupancy, right on schedule. Black Pines did everything possible to insure that we were in by Christmas! We were home that first day!”

“We hired Lee Barker in August 2015 to do our main floor remodel and add a covered patio. We had to wait till Jan. 2016 before he could start our project. It was worth the wait. He did a fabulous job for us. He was professional and worked hard at getting all the sub contractors on our job. After a year long project it's done and we are enjoying every minute in our home. If we were ever to remodel again or build a new home Lee Barker is the builder that we would want. We highly recommend his firm. Dan & Kay Scharch”

“We hired Splittgerber Construction to build a home for us on a newly purchased farm in the fall of 2012. We sat down with Rick to describe the 'type' of home we were looking to build. He took our thoughts and constructed our perfect dream home. He listened exactly to what we were thinking and took it from a concept to construction. The trades he hired were top of the line. From the framers to trim carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers etc. they were all very easy to work with and exceptionally skilled at their jobs. They made the building process an absolute pleasure. Rick contacted me several weeks back and asked if there was anything that needed attention after living in the home for a year. Sadly there was no need for anyone to come back out... I would have enjoyed seeing them again!”

“I was advised to get bids from several builders and also to talk with people who had hired the builders I was interviewing to build my dream house. The project went as smoothly as it possibly could. (Note: my Father built custom homes so I know this does not always happen). Brett and Carol hired good subcontractors and kept the process moving forward in a timely manner. I wanted to do some unusual things and Brett was willing to spend the time to investigate and learn new techniques. I am very happy with my new home and will be able to age in place in my modern farmhouse.”
