He reworked the layout, plumbing, electric, ventilation system, drywall and painting. Cody gave me new ideas and solutions to make the space more efficient! I highly recommend this company! “Anders Hurd was recommended to me by a local builder who I have known for some time. I have called on him for help with three or four tasks at the house which I could have done but just did not have the time or equipment. He did a great job in every case. He was timely, skilled, safety-conscious, and efficient. He completed each task in a professional manner and his charges for his work were very appropriate for the time and effort required. I would give Anders my highest recommendation and strongly urge anyone reading this to call on him for any kind of handyman tasks you may have. He is honest and friendly and a great resource.”

“Dave Hepler not only builds a beautiful home, he also does a great job completing repairs to other homes as needed. I have had my real estate license in the area for nearly thirteen years and gone through numerous home inspections. Many of my clients use Dave and Hepler Homes for all types of repairs from new roofs, entire exterior wall replacements, and replacement of entire electrical systems. Dave and his crew work fast, in a clean manner and they are highly efficient, often facilitating a closing to be on time because of their great competence. Hepler Homes also works well with structural engineers where needed and they are always polite and respectful of my clients needs. Pricing is more than fair and again, the work is excellent. Almost a year-long dream pool-house a client had planned for was brought to life by the Gruver Cooley team through countless hours of dedication, work, detail with the placement of each stone and thorough planning. The strict timeline and constraints regarding weather and all the different contractors involved did not slow them and at the end of the day the client got the end result they wanted. “In 2014 Tim built a brand new custom kitchen for us. He did such a great job on the kitchen we had him back again when we wanted to create a master suite on the first floor of our 2 story home. Tim and his team did a great job on our 900 sq foot addition of a master bedroom suite. This job required a tear down of an older sun room (along with its foundation) and then a brick build out with dormers and a basement. So the project had the entire gamut of requirements--plumbing, electric, HVAC, masonry and roofing. He came in exactly on budget and was extremely solicitous that all work was done to our satisfaction. He even re-did older ceilings and walls when they did not come up to the quality of his new work. He had really good ideas on the latest materials and design. He even had good ideas for simple, low-cost improvements to the old house. We found him very easy to work with and very straight forward with his billing. We are extremely happy with the work.”

“Very Honest contractor! Good communication, with Mr. Foreman as well as staff. Company did an addition on to our 1920 home, addressed our concerns along the way, came back and re-did some work after we moved in. Finished renovations pretty close to target date, Have referred this company to a neighbor as well.”
