The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.”

“AJ and his team remodeled our primary bathroom last fall, and did an excellent job - the quality of the workmanship is outstanding and met our exacting standards (I’m an engineer and my wife is an architect who did the design for our bathroom). AJ specifically was excellent to work with, great communication through the entire process from estimate to contract to work scheduling. He sent us texts every morning with the plans for the day/week and if any changes came up he was quick to alert us. He still checks in with me to make sure no issues have come up since they completed their work (nothing has). The crew was also very nice and respectful of our space during the remodel, they always left the job site clean and as tidy as possible each day. They stayed mostly on schedule, and we encountered only a few issues that had to be fixed. But I’ve done enough work on my 125 year-old house to know that nothing goes perfectly. And when issues did arise, AJ was quick to take responsibility and fix the problems with no questions asked. I don’t know what else you can ask for from a contractor. I got 4 estimates for my bathroom and AJ was very competitive on price and I could just tell he cared about working with quality materials and that’s what sold me on his company. We used handmade tile that a lot of contractors mess up when installing, and AJ and his tile guys were familiar with the product and took all the extra steps to install it correctly. The work speaks for itself, and we’re very happy with the project and feel we got great value for our investment. Everyone who comes into our house remarks about how beautiful the bathroom is. I would have no hesitation hiring Canseco Construction again or recommending them to friends.”

“MacLeod D&C just finished rebuilding our house after a fire completely destroyed it. Other than taking longer than predicted, the project was a total success. We love the result. The design was not easy to build - odd angles all over the place and built over a swale that required a complex foundation. It took a lot of care and patience on Ian's part and the skills of several highly competent subcontractors to pull it off. Ian's professionalism, skill, and good humor made the project work - and kept us sane in the process. My kitchen, although large in size, was hopelessly outdated, and the way that it was set-up, made cooking and cleaning-up more difficult than it should have been. Additional counter space was added as well as a custom island. Andreas also worked with me to design all new kitchen cabinets and had them especially made.
