He has managed our projects with the utmost professionalism being very transparent throughout. Andy being very hardworking and focussed has always taken on full responsibility for our projects which meant minimal supervision was required from our end. This was a great positive for us as both of us work long hours and have very little time to focus on these projects. Knowing how much the projects meant to us and how little time we had on hand Andy ensured they were completed to our satisfaction. This meant we could go on for weeks without having to really worry about the work being done or visit the site and be rest assured it was in good hands. He constantly updated us on the developments and reminded us on tasks ahead . Jim and his team are very professional, easy to communicate with, and finish everything to a high quality, while sticking to the original budget and timelines, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated talking to Jim about various aspects of the house refurbishment and how to achieve the designs we had in mind. For instance, we wanted some custom made book shelves around the fireplace to house our many books, and Jim was able to create it for us. Likewise, he created a beautiful play room for our daughter and an extremely functional utility room for us. Plumbing, electrics, tiling, he laid the floor, painted the walls, he even installed a fresco on the ceiling of my bathroom in 6 pieces that to this day i can't understand how he did so perfectly. His extremely meticulous attention to detail means you can feel totally safe leaving it all to him, most importantly he takes a personal interest in the work and is always thinking of ways to make it better, which all really adds to the experience for the client.
