“We bought our house 2 years ago and the previous owners had fully renovated the house. After living in the space for 2 years we just realised that the kitchen layout wasn't working for us and we also had a formal dining room which would be used about once a year. The kitchen was 'fine' but definitely not what we would have chosen. After a lot of debate we decided we wanted to reconfigure the kitchen/dining space and also the outdoor space (which had very old decking). The decision to get Ali to help us was an easy one. If we were spending all this money on building work, we really wanted the space to feel special. Whilst we know what we like, in practice I have discovered how hard it is to make big decisions on furniture and accessories to actually create the look we were are after. Having Ali create moodboards for us meant we had a real vision of what the space could be, by testing pieces of furniture against the mood board you can immediately see what works and doesn't work. For once I felt confident placing orders, because I felt like we already knew what the end result was going to be. I have to say I was totally blown away by literally seeing this vision come to life in our own house! Ali also added some ideas to our building work that we would never have thought of in a million years, which has completely changed the space. Ali understands the practicality of daily family life and making a space that works on every level as well as being stunning. I am still pinching myself when I sit in the kitchen, that it is actually ours because it's so beautiful! She has a brilliant network of trades and suppliers at her fingertips, and anything is possible! I honestly can't recommend her enough!”

“I was very impressed with Annette Henry at Gage property interiors who demonstrated professionalism and commitment throughout this property development project. She helped me to source the opportunity on Marylands road, Maida Vale and undertake a full reconfiguration and refurbishment of this three-bedroom lower ground floor flat. Annie has a fantastic creative eye for interior design; styling the flat by utilising and enhancing the flow of light throughout the property, which I thought was amazing, given the complexity of the project. Also my involvement was kept to minimum as she project managed the whole scheme from start to finish; regularly keeping me up-to-date with progress and dealing with all the snagging issues which i fully appreciated. I will certainly be using Annie and Gage Interiors for my next scheme.”

“I utilised Caroline’s two hour consultation service (£95) as I desperately needed some advice and ideas for my neglected 1930s hallway. As I don’t live locally, I gave Caroline some ideas and photos via text message about what I liked and didn’t like, my preferred colour palate, and what my priorities were. After some questions from Caroline and some very useful exercises looking at existing spaces and colours, and how we used the hall, she offered some simple solutions which were easily implemented. Simple things like changing the positioning of the existing lighting made a dramatic difference. Caroline then compiled a mood board for me on Pinterest with ideas for paint colours, storage solutions and suggestions for light fittings. She also made recommendations on how I could achieve a modern and coordinated hall that tied in with the existing 1930s features, yet wasn’t overly ‘matchy’. This was complemented with detailed information about sourcing items and recommending paint finishes. Caroline very cleverly sketched her ideas onto my original photo to give me an idea of what my hall could look like. This was really invaluable in helping me ‘see’ my new hall before I started work. I felt that Caroline very quickly ‘got’ what I was after. She was really friendly & approachable, responsive and offered really helpful, practical and straightforward suggestions. She didn’t impose her own tastes and encouraged me to develop my own. Initially I felt that I didn’t really know what I wanted but after conversations with Caroline, I began to gain confidence. I cannot recommend Caroline’s service highly enough. She was great fun to work with and the entire process was really enjoyable.”

“We wanted something a bit different and retro for our living space and we are thrilled with the results. The room is totally transformed and also looks to have more space thanks to Lisa and Rob’s clever storage solutions. The coloured walls look wonderful both in daylight and in the evening and really show off our artwork. All the work is carried out to a very high standard. “I contacted Rose Narmani to design my three bedroom house and the results are wonderful. I had a specific theme and colour scheme for each room and Rose listened to all of my requirements and the house has been transformed into an incredible living space. She designed my child’s bedroom and he now loves it. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without the intervention of Rose. She was thorough and professional throughout our engagement with her. You must contact her if you are contemplating having the interior of a property designed as she will not only transform the property into an incredible living space but we have also found that this has increased the value of our property.
