“Shpati construction were fantastic we we wanted to to add an extension to our house. They were extremely communicative and offered competitive prices using the highest quality. Our extension was constructed within 2 months which was sooner than expected. I would most definitely recommend their craftsmanship and professionalism. We couldn’t be more satisfied!”

“Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”

“Super professional and really high quality work. Transparent pricing and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Worked hard to catch up on any delays (e.g. the inevitable late windows), and kept us informed of progress. A really nice team - without exception everyone who worked on the project was friendly, considerate and incredibly hard-working.”

“Balma Building Services were brilliant for our house refurbishment in Hither Green, Lewisham. It was my Wife and I's first house refurbishment, so was close to our heart to succeed. Joe Stammers is very personal, with a great "Get the Job done" mentality and commercial reasoning gets the project to work for his clients. I work for a major London residential property developer and think the quality of finish was fantastic. I would highly recommend Balma Building Services.”

“We used Elsid and his brother to completely refurbish our flat on Fulham Road in 2020. They did both bathrooms, new flooring and new kitchen. Extended the bathroom as well . They did a great job, super efficient, always contactable and honest from start to end! We highly recommend them”

“This building firm is really down to earth. Their projects have been amazing and they not only provide service but they disperse really useful advise such as when we showed them our draft drawings, they suggested improvements which was great as now we have a set of drawings which are amazing especially suggesting interior design features that woud have been harder to implement later on and probably added to the cost, They are also great at purchasing and will get the best deals for you. very easy to talk to and I am looking forward to working with them when our house is being built. “Having seen the standard of work first hand from Goodwood Fitch at a friends property, involving a major refurb', I had no hesitation in asking them to carry out contracting work at my property (albeit a much smaller affair) and on the land at end of the property. The job involved: Building a new boundary brick wall. Bespoke trellis and garden gate. Redesigning & extending a work studio. Building a decking/seating area. Their attention to detail and workmanship was first class. Lots of ongoing communication. Always punctual and always very polite. Nothing too much trouble. They offered exceptional service and have been back to the house to sort out other minor problems. If we were to do any further major work to the house I would not hesitate to ask them for a quote, and would have every confidence in the professionalism and quality of their work.”
