“We are pleased to submit a review on how pleased we are with our new System Six kitchen. Firstly the excellent service and planning provided, mainly by Carly King but finally with some useful tweaks \ ideas suggested by Chris Phillips, they offered every assistance requested, in order that we could compare and make an informed decision against a competitors offering, at no time did we feel any sales pressure and these factors, the ability to come within our budget swung the deal. Once the decision was taken we encountered a problem with our fitter but it was System Six who saved the day and us some cash by offering an excellent value service by one of their own reccommended fitters and Pete was, in our opinion, exceptional making every effort to accommodate our askewed walls and out of level flooring and we are very happy with the finish. Once fitted and inspected, the smallest of faults in door finishes were not questioned by Carly, they were all simply exchanged and fitted without question. All in all, with a small gift from Carly for selecting System Six, we could not be happier and would hightly reccommend”

“To date Alan has fitted three kitchens for myself. I was so impressed with the results in our first kitchen that when I started property my property development business I knew exactly who I wanted to fit the kitchens for my projects. The first kitchen that Alan fitted for my property developing business was supplied and designed by a major retailer. Alan fitted the kitchen beautifully giving lots of ideas along the way of how we could maximise the design .When it came to my second development there was no doubt that I wanted to ask Alan to design and supply the kitchen also as well as fitting it. Alan has a wide range of good quality kitchens to choose from and brought samples for me to look at in the space when he came to design the kitchen using his CAD program.The space was very small with awkward corners and wall that were not straight. I was very keen to have built in appliances thus giving Alan a big challenge to try and fit in all of my requirements. Alan e-mailed me through designs very quickly and came out a second time to chat through the design with me. Alan fitted the kitchen beautifully and it more than exceeded my expectations. Being a small kitchen I was shocked at how he has used the space and how big the kitchen now feels. Alan even added a small breakfast bar to an alcove that was not even in the original design. Alan communicated with me at every step of the design and fitting process. There were no hidden costs and I know I can always rely on Alan to provide a friendly, professional service. For example, my wife doesn't like cold surfaces and is very tactile, so they accommodated that with the materials used. We were both immediately taken with their initial 3D design. “Having spent a long time looking in various showrooms most particularly for Kitchens and Bathrooms and finding little to inspire us as soon as we walked into 4Homes showroom we knew instantly that these were the people for us. The designers were extremely perceptive about our requirements and understanding with regards to budget. After several house visits and discussions we eventually employed them for a complete refurbishment of our new home. We could not praise them more highly. The work was delivered on time to the agreed costs and the house looks wonderful. Everyone who came to work at our house was polite friendly and respectful. “From the very beginning Jayne and Doug were total professionals and their approach immediately reassured us that we had made the right decision to use them for our new kitchen. The initial meeting with Jayne gave us the opportunity to say what we hoped to get out of the kitchen and what we did and didn't want. It also let us explain that we were trying to bring what we had up to date and gain some more valuable space. The resulting plans met nearly everything we wanted and a couple slight adjustments were all that was needed. This again gave us the reassurance that they knew exactly what they were doing and listen to what is wanted From that point forward they organised everything from the plasterer who made an excellent job of the walls and ceiling to the cabinet fitter, flooring expert, plumber, decorator and electricians who were all really helpful and we can see why Doug uses them all. This was so valuable and saved us the time and worry of doing it. The appliances were ordered and arrived on time at a very good price and were fitted along with everything else. Any time we had the slightest query either Jayne or Doug answered it or came on site to see for themselves. The final product is excellent with many well thought out ideas for space and time saving. All the work is of the highest standard by a team of perfectionists. What more could we have asked for - we are very proud of what we now have and delighted that we chose Doug Farleigh Kitchens for the job.”
