“Our kitchen was completed about 18 months ago and we love it Simon made it really easy at the design stage - and it was a mixture of me going to the showroom and Simon coming to our house. he had some great suggestions but kept to the simplicity and the style we wanted. We knocked 2 rooms into one to create one large kitchen All the work (with the exception of the floor) was done by contractors who do a lot of work for intoto and are used to working at a high standard and not one of them needed to be called back. work started on time and finished on time and the house was left in a clean and tidy state every night and we felt we could trust all of the contractors who came into our house . The only issue we had was with the Karndean floor - it was arranged through intoto but Karndean weren't great and they did have to come back twice to finish the floor properly couldn't recommend the Wokingham Intoto team highly enough.”

“We were having a significant amount of extension work carried out by a local professional project management company. A new kitchen was a major part of this project. The project management company directed us towards their usual fitter - an established company we were aware of. We saw this company and described a feature we wanted. We were told by them that there was no space for this feature. We were supplied with one black and white plan of what we were told could be done. We got the impression that no effort was being put in and the company assumed they already had our business and we were an inconvenience. We then looked around and found Arc+be. From the beginning it was a totally different experience. Jide is so enthusiastic about his work. He began by saying not only was there room for the feature we wanted but he could make it bigger if so desired. He was friendly and appeared as excited about our new kitchen as we were. He spent time with us finding out our likes and dislikes and what use was to be made of the kitchen - a lot of our cooking is not traditional western style, though much is. Jide came up with three suggested plans for us, not only showing the proposed layouts but, for each one, providing a colour, computer generated image of what it would look like. He talked through all the options with us and different finishes etc.. We had no hesitation in placing our order with this company. We were provided with a full cost breakdown, copy of the plan and image of the fitted product together with pictures of the white goods, cupboards, finishes (down to the draw handles) we had chosen. The whole extension was a stressful time but having the kitchen fitted was a pleasure. We were kept informed at all stages, work was done when we were told it would be done and when there was a glitch we were brought solutions not excuses. (e.g. the American style fridge freezer we had selected was not available, Jide told us this and offered us a better one, at the same price to us, that he had already ensured was available). Throughout the build, and after it had been completed, we felt that this project was as important to Arc+be as it was to us. Everyone we dealt with - the planner, the fitter, the tile fitter - came across as true professionals who took a pride in their work and enjoyed what they were doing and we're not just doing a job. They are craftsmen (and women). I am not in the habit of making recommendations but I have already recommended this company to a number of people. I would say to anyone thinking of a new kitchen, talk to this company and compare them to others. I feel sure they will come out on top.”

“We would without a doubt recommend Eco German Kitchens to anyone looking to purchase a kitchen at any budget. We did lots of shopping around with what I think was a middle of the road budget. We visited all the big companies and some smaller ones and most of them had pretty similar kitchens in terms of what we were after but the reason we instantly knew we wanted to use Eco German Kitchens was Sabine. I think she's part owner but also top notch kitchen lady, as she was just a total breath of fresh air, which is what we needed when going through the stress of renovating our house and having to make lots of decisions. She was attentive without being pushy and just made buying a kitchen fun. Compared to some of the big companies that kept hounding us about losing the discount that week unless we signed up then and there. Sabine and her team just left us to it with a fixed firm price for when we were ready, and some awesome advice on making our kitchen even better than we hoped. She had proper advice and would hilariously tell us if she didn't think something would work. An example of this was our modern kitchen choice with white shiny doors. We couldn't decide on a work top and Sabine suggested this matt grey work top which just finished the whole thing off. Together we decided on the best design for the space we had, and when we decided to move our kitchen to a whole different room that was no trouble, and we started again. Sabine personally liased with our builder when there was a problem with the length of our breakfast bar and has helped us with any issues we've had since it's fitting - we had a very squeaky dishwasher door that has now been fixed. Although we could have got a very similar kitchen from elsewhere at a similar price I know we'd never had the personal customer support right from the start to the finish and beyond that we've had as a result of using Eco German Kitchens. They also respected our budget, which we kept to, and didn't push us in to spending more than we wanted to. Working with Sabine and the team was definitely one of the better parts of a house renovation ;-) Thanks Eco and especially Sabine. Sophie”

“To date Alan has fitted three kitchens for myself. I was so impressed with the results in our first kitchen that when I started property my property development business I knew exactly who I wanted to fit the kitchens for my projects. The first kitchen that Alan fitted for my property developing business was supplied and designed by a major retailer. Alan fitted the kitchen beautifully giving lots of ideas along the way of how we could maximise the design .When it came to my second development there was no doubt that I wanted to ask Alan to design and supply the kitchen also as well as fitting it. Alan has a wide range of good quality kitchens to choose from and brought samples for me to look at in the space when he came to design the kitchen using his CAD program.The space was very small with awkward corners and wall that were not straight. I was very keen to have built in appliances thus giving Alan a big challenge to try and fit in all of my requirements. Alan e-mailed me through designs very quickly and came out a second time to chat through the design with me. Alan fitted the kitchen beautifully and it more than exceeded my expectations. Being a small kitchen I was shocked at how he has used the space and how big the kitchen now feels. Alan even added a small breakfast bar to an alcove that was not even in the original design. Alan communicated with me at every step of the design and fitting process. There were no hidden costs and I know I can always rely on Alan to provide a friendly, professional service.
