“We appointed Pehrsson Scott to carry out the design and the construction of our town garden in Hertfordshire. We found Henry and the team to be very responsive and engaging at all times. They listened to our brief and involved us in the design process ensuring we understood every detail and were happy with the design before signing off each stage. They gave us a clear understanding of the costs from the outset and were always approachable and pleasant to deal with once the work began. We were very pleased with the outcome and our garden is now a space which the whole family can enjoy. We look forwards to working with them again in the future.”

“Catherine did a great job from beginning to end. I needed to completely change the back and front gardens. She had great ideas on what would work and what would not, how to deliver the look I wanted and how to keep it within budget. I couldn't be more happy with the results. Both gardens look great - the neighbours have all commented on the front garden. She worked well with the builder who did the landscaping. She's also been happy to replace a plant that died and fix an irrigation pipe someone else broke. I cant believe how many plants I have. Given the money available for plants, I expected a small number of small plants, but the garden is full of lovely plants and it looks well established after only 3 months. Every few weeks some new plants come into flower so I think there is a good mix of plants to have flowers most of the year. I would happily recommend Catherine Rampton.”

“Conor listened carefully to our requests and offered great suggestions. The end result was beyond our expectations - our garden now looks like a peaceful oasis with beautiful plants and a lovely seating area. The team arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. They also left the site spotless, which was a big plus. We highly recommend Griffin Landscapes to anyone looking to transform their outdoor space”

“Jan came and helped me with my fairly exposed coastal garden. She listened carefully and took great care in explaining everything. I would have no hesitation to work with Jan again and have recommended her to friends. She is such a friendly person and knows her stuff! Mrs J Lagesse, Portsmouth.”

“Excellent! Two craftsmen who were able to lay a chevron designed patio selecting the colour of the bricks to tone with the cedar cladding of my newly built garden studio. A much more complex task than I had appreciated requiring their expertise to produce an excellent end result. Their time keeping and work ethic was exemplary. Very courteous and obliging. It was such a joy to work with these craftsmen and their manager from start to finish. The end result is superb. I am truly thrilled. I hearty recommend using this company should anyone consider creating a option in brick material. Thank you !”

“Mark came to work on my garden in December 2015 on the recommendation of a good friend. I was looking for someone who could turn my vision into reality and work closely with me and provide me with the benefit of experience with hard landscaping (something I knew very little about). From the very start, Mark was enthusiastic with a can-do attitude, and he gave me great advice. He was realistic about what I could do, and brought the project in on budget, and on time. The garden was completely made over, he put in lots of hard landscaping, a large lawn, five large trees and several borders for me to plant. In addition to this, he and his team were always considerate and polite, often working in the wet and cold, and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the results. I'm thrilled, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team to anyone looking for professional landscaping services.”

“Pippa has been doing a phased garden project for us over the course of a 3-year house improvement project and at every stage has given us first class advice, coupled with wonderful planting schemes and a more lately a landscape design to transform an area of garden previously housing a grotty summer house and a nasty patio. We now have a stunning pergola, a seating area bordered by formal beds full of Pippa's carefully chosen shrubs and trees and a quiet haven in the midst of busy west London. Pippa's ability lies in her skill in interpreting her clients' wishes and matching that with the existing limitations and potential of a garden. We wanted a very English look, with a mix of formal and informal areas - and we are completely thrilled with the result. She is also an extremely practical person, with a flexibility to work around inevitable changes while on the job. She is also very reliable, and an excellent communicator. Cannot recommend her company highly enough.”

“I asked Briony from Bee's Gardens to help me create a town garden from scratch. I had a good idea of the kind of design I wanted but needed someone to create a working technical landscape plan for the builders. With her designers eye Briony took my ideas and sympathetically altered them to come up with a brief which suited and enhanced the space much more than the original sketch. I found it very difficult to envisage a garden in a space where nothing existed and the 3D plans were a huge help in making everything come alive. I didn't need a planting plan but Briony's beautiful mood boards were an inspiration which fed into the final plant and tree choices. We have been delighted with the garden as it has settled in this summer and the design has been much admired. I never thought the project would turn out so well.”

“This atmospheric garden, a celebration of the female spirit, makes you think. First the tapestry of flowers draws you in: a patchwork of pink and white, including Aquilegia ‘Rose Barlow’, Lupin ‘Blossom’, and Iris sibirica ‘Pink Haze’, dotted with pure white trunked birches, Betula jacquemontii, and edged with tall hedges of yew. Next you notice the curving stone pathway at the heart of the garden representing a DNA double helix, then the silvery sculpture of a naked woman holding her head high, reflected in a series of shadowy water pools rippling outwards. The explanation: Ruth Willmott lost her sister-in-law to breast cancer in 2014 and this garden is her tribute. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK, 130 women are diagnosed with it every day. If Ruth’s garden design makes more women check their breasts regularly, it will have done its most important job. Breastcancernow.org”
