“The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”

“We used Elsid and his brother to completely refurbish our flat on Fulham Road in 2020. They did both bathrooms, new flooring and new kitchen. Extended the bathroom as well . They did a great job, super efficient, always contactable and honest from start to end! We highly recommend them”

From the outset, Bobby promised us a transformation, and he delivered beyond our expectations. The quality of work was nothing short of the highest standard. Throughout the project, the team maintained open and straightforward communication, ensuring we were informed and comfortable with every decision. Impressively, the project was completed within the agreed-upon time frame and, to our delight, everything was kept within budget. “Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”

Daniel was very patient with us throughout the whole process given short notice and was able to come through for us providing a full time superintendent on site. He was very cooperative and stayed in constant communication with us throughout and given changes in scheduling and making sure we had the best person at job site to complete task. Daniel was very professional during the whole duration of our contract and I would highly recommend others to use his services.”

“Full Refurb, including re-wire, new kitchen, second bathroom, floor levelling. Asset PM did an excellent job of refurbishing & insulating our North London flat. It was badly laid-out and draughty when we bought it for a good price. We decided to invest the saving in a new kitchen, 2nd bathroom, insulation and upgrade to modern electrics. After speaking with various builders we settled on Asset PM because of the combination of Karolina's calm sense of organisation and Robert's extensive previous build experience. The team was easy to deal with and kept us informed as the works progressed (we briefly moved out to family). One of the things that impressed us is that Asset PM honoured their original quote even though costs went up mid-way through the project due to unexpected inflation. They also took care of the certificates and warranties so we are covered for the future. Thanks Robert & Karolina !”

“James did a great job for us in our flat, replacing all the internal doors and installing associated door furniture etc - laying a v. complex parquet floor amazingly well and also levelling the joists underneath as well as installing extra insulation beneath the floor. He also built us two sets of floor to ceiling wardrobes which turned out brilliantly and he also built us alcove units and cupboards in our sitting room. James is great to deal with and his workmanship is top quality. We can't recommend him highly enough and will definitely use him again in the future.”
