We wanted to redecorate our dining room which has a slightly awkward layout with 2 doors and a huge window and the radiator taking up one wall. I was not sure whether I wanted a coastal theme or a cottage style. Thanks to Rhonda who suggested a coastal style with green , beige and grey shades we now know what we like. She suggested shutters as well as 2 layout: one with the room as it is and then her great suggestions of opening the space to the kitchen to let more light in. We have not done the work yet as a building inspector needs to check it . Once we have done the work we will be happy. Rhonda is very professional and really listens to what we wanted while coming up with a lot of very useful hints and tips to stretch our small budget of £2000. we might go over if the wall gets knocked down. Very happy and thoroughly recommended!

Rhonda managed the entire process of preparing my ex-rental property in Ipswich for sale, and I am so grateful that I got in touch with her. We requested the services of Rhonda to help us plan the interior of our new retirement bungalow. As a result we have chosen colours we otherwise would not have considered. But now these colours are going on our walls we realise we were right to call In the expertise a good consultant can provide. Why risk getting it wrong. We only had a tiny budget but she was very kind and attentive and managed to give the entire house a makeover - new carpet throughout, furniture, redecorating, staging... Rhonda has been managing two seaside properties in Aldeburgh for me over the past four years. She has done an excellent job of handling the many difficulties that occur in seaside properties. She has managed a wide range of problems including a leaking roof, dampness, the complete renovation of all the wood work in a Grade II listed abode of historical significance as well as the evicting of some very stubborn pigeons who were squatting on the perimeter of the house! Her versatility knows no bounds. She is also always contactable and quick to respond and always provides detailed quotes and interim reports. She has a keen eye for identifying potential problems and has this saved us money in many occasions. I would recommend Rhonda for anyone who has property that they need managed in an economical and efficient manner. Her subcontractors are first class and I can honestly say we have never had an issue with anyone of her associates who have performed repairs or installations on the properties. Her knowledge of the many different aspects and pitfalls of property ownership and maintenance is astonishing. Her knowledge of the finer points of building and council regulations is wide ranging and she has educated me on the finer points of owning Grade listed properties. She is a skilled negotiator and you couldn’t have a better person fighting your corner! We originally hired Rhonda to stage the decor of the smaller of the two properties and she very quickly identified a serious structural problem we were totally unaware of. She initiated and oversaw the damp coursing of the property as well as major roofing and plumbing repairs and installations. Her carpenter did an outstanding job in creating innovative and beautiful bespoke storage solutions in the kitchen and main bedroom. When the second Grade II multi level property was acquired we had no hesitation in putting her in charge of the many complex restoration work that was needed to restore the property to its former glory. I have known Rhonda for a number of years now and she kindly undertook a re-design of my office area. Working from home it is very difficult sometimes to maximize the space and make it look homely as well as work effectively as an office. Rhonda came up with a number of designs, ideas and even sourced products, colors, prices etc., to make the drawings mean more and come to life. The service I purchased was the design only, do it yourself kit. Testimonial - Pier Avenue During 2013 we bought a house in Southwold as a rental investment. The property itself required extensive renovations throughout. Once we were underway it became clear that being domiciled some way from Southwold was causing us problems in terms of management and progress at that point we decided to get some external help with the project and contacted Rhonda Deal of RD Interior ReDesign & Home Staging What a great decision, the service provided by Rhonda was fantastic ! During the renovations RD Interior ReDesign & Home Staging provided extensive advice, help and idea’s around practical issues such as kitchen design /lighting / ironmongery / removing walls / hanging doors / radiator positions and maximising space along with managing some of the trades. Once we got further into the project Rhonda put together the overall design concept choosing all of colours, curtains and wall papers with bundles of enthusiasm and to great effect. But I have to say the best bit was the amazing job carried out by RD in terms of home staging. We agreed a budget with Rhonda who then went out scouring Auctions, shops, showrooms and the internet buying absolutely everything for the house ranging from beds , tables chairs, sofa’s, pictures, ornaments down to the cutlery/ linen and even the light bulbs all at very good prices. All deliveries where coordinated by RD who then proceeded to lay out and stage the house on a turnkey basis. Once we saw the final arrangement we were amazed at the outcome, the house looked absolutely stunning and ready to let. Not only were we getting great feedback from the local letting agent but a few weeks later we received 4 stars from visit England during their assessment visit, something that we doubt would have been achieved without RD ! In fact my wife and I were so impressed that we immediately commissioned RD for another project which has now also been successfully completed.
