Console table in hallway
Comments (16)Hi, I like the decoration bits you put on. I would put a potted plant there which will make it more lively. The console table is elegant, but I would turn it around (the back now would come to the front). You could put a colourful runner. I would cover the fuse switch with a key cupboard (removing the back wall than put it on as a keyholder under the picture. That also brings a litlle bit of life. Maybe a small mirror on the wall where the door is. But nothing more, it would be too cluttered......See Moreconsole table decor
Comments (1)Is this within your living room space? Have you got any decorative items already that would work well? If not I'm sure a bigger plant would work really well - and also help to add some vibrant colour!...See Morenarrow living room, high ceilings, sofa layout?
Comments (7)The best place for a tv is on the furthest wall or on the media console against that wall. Because of the fireplace on the right, I’d place the sofa against the left wall opposite the wall with windows and two chairs opposite the sofa. That way when you are on the sofa you can watch the tv, see the fireplace, have a comfortable conversation with people opposite and have a good view out of the window. I don’t know how much space is around the fireplace, but I’d have another chair with a footstool on the right to the sofa facing diagonally facing the windows. I would also make the furthest wall a focal point and add a storage with cabinet lighting in the alcove and visually balance the rest of the wall. Also it’s a good idea to add a gallery wall on the wall opposite windows and a mirror wall decoration and console table on the wall nearest to the entrance door. Something like this Have you chosen a sofa yet?...See MoreOpinions on console table
Comments (6)I like the last mirror, but it does depend on your decor style - contemporary, country, mid century, traditional? Do you think a more rustic lamp would suit the mirror or do you like the glam/glitzy look?...See Morehoussaon
