There will be a push to lower by buyers looking for an excuse for a deal but most sellers won't accept it and will pull their house off the market. That in turn will 'raise' prices overall keeping them stable. The issue won't be price, it'll be stagnating the market... and it's already happening!
Many things continue to inflate the housing market, however Brexit isn't going to have much of an effect on who is buying. Maybe in a few years time the political landscape will be drastically different, but for now things will carry on moving in the same direction.
