Are the mirrors centered on the faucets? Are all three lights the same distance from the mirrors?

Yes to both questions. The Mirrors are centered to the faucets and the lights are equal distance apart. Thanks for your question, regards, Yasmine

Hi. I don't think it is necessarily old fashioned and it is practical, especially around a sink and looks way better than just having a little patch of tiles above the vanity! Also, if you already have the half-tiled wall, replastering all the walls will be necessary if you decide not to have tiles (as xtine74 said). I'd tile to the ceiling around the bath/shower and end it at the end of the bath near the toilet and then go down to the half-tiled wall you already have. I don't know about your style, but here are a few pictures to look at that will hopefully help you decide: Oh, and I wouldn't do a big wall cabinet over the loo....they can look a bit clumsy and are hard to reach. How about a few hooks down that side or open shelves and then have a proper cabinet under the sink that goes from the window wall to the sticky-out bit on the other side of the sink? (PS I'm with you on not liking brown and beige in a bathroom.)

Hello i would consider sconces either side of the mirror. Overhead lighting tends to be quite unflattering. Alternatively is there room for a console table where you could place a table lamp? Hope this helps.

Hello! I'm Gabriela, a designer from Akiva Projects. First of all, it's a really great idea to use the lighting above the mirrors - that way you can create an indirect lighting in your bathrooms! In this example, although they didn't use a fitted mirror (which you have) they chose a really modern kind of lighting - rail lighting. It's on trend and gives the room sort of an "industrial chic" look. I particularly love the example above! It creates an indirect lighting which makes all the difference in the room. This is a classic dressing-room style lighting. And that's my favourite one. If you can, consider using two pendants. It looks just amazing! I really think that those pieces of advice could add value to your project and to your lifestyle.

Playing with sketch up first time. Just about to start a new build, will be useful to try this feature out for the room there. Would be nice to be able to rotate the pictures a bit, but maybe one can and I can’t work it out, the sideboard would be against the wall not sticking out into the room. I also spent ages trying to add this photo to the post. Could not find the way to link it from the sketch book.
