Refrigerator door hitting cabinets?

It looks like the refrigerator door would hit the hardware on the cabinets when it's opened - is this the case? If so, how do the owners address that?

Luckily, the refrigerator had very detailed installation specs that we were able to consult during design to verify how the doors open and know that it wouldn't conflict with the cabinets or hardware. The refrigerator doors are hinged and beveled so that they can open without affecting the immediately-surrounding cabinetry. Also, they do not open a full 180 degrees, so they don't hit the hardware.

If you home in on the pictures you'll see that the fourth and fifth shelves down are less deep than the shelves above; the perspective is also slightly different. It's painted to look like shelves with books on but the books and shelves are painted on a cover which, in the left hand picture, is fully up to hide the television. In the right hand picture, the cover has been opened and hangs down - revealing the television. It looks as if the television is also on a wall mounted stand that allows it to be moved in and out so it can be brought forward for better viewing and pushed back so the cover an be lifted. I think it's great!

What is a buried sink? I’ve not heard that expression before. You will need to see if you can match the exiting fascias to add to them. In the area where I live we do have companies who do what you’re trying to do. One company who will do all that, so these people do exist but it depends where you live as to who is available. On the other hand I’m aware of kitchen companies that will not undertake such a task as it‘s what they’d describe as messy (meaning lots of bits). Regarding mainstream suppliers, IMO, no, don’t go there. There are many small individual companies who will offer you a much better customer service and they will be no more expensive. Wren have a FB site full of complaints. Have you got plumbing and ventilation facilities where you intend to move the WM and TD to? if it were me I’d be tempted to rip it all out and start afresh but I guess it’s all down to budget, but having said that it might not work out much difference in the labour price when they are simply constructing new carcases as opposed to chipping and chopping.

Hi I am in the middle of designing my kitchen layout out . Ceiling hight is 10 ft . current configuration is 30 + 18 . I am flexible with windows width where height is constant i.e dimensions. My KD has asked to finalize the design . but I am confused with cabinet height . I prefer 36+ 15 but I am confused with 42" . I want to have 2 separate refrigeration units . room size is 14' × 14'.3" . I want to have little section for tea n coffee which is currently next to entrance door btw two tall cabinets. I was wondering how could i make my current layout better .including cabinets, island etc .Shutters will be light sage green . I am flexible with complete custom configurations .
